Ewa Sztabowska

Ewa Sztabowska is a skilled human resources professional with a solid background in HR operations and management. Currently serving as a People Programs Senior Associate at EcoVadis since April 2021, Ewa has held various roles including People Operations Associate and Junior HR Generalist. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Assistant position at NCC Montage Sp zo.o., where responsibilities encompassed recruiting for construction roles, managing site workers in Scandinavia, and collaborating on process improvement with IT consultants. Ewa began a career in HR with an internship at Randstad, focusing on candidate sourcing and interviewing.
