Principal Scientist - Head Of Bioprocess Design at Ecovative Design

Jake Winiski has extensive experience in the field of bioprocess design and mushroom cultivation, having served as Principal Scientist and Head of Bioprocess Design at Ecovative from June 2012 to June 2022, where expertise included Design of Experiments (DOE) and a comprehensive skill set exceeding 52 competencies. Earlier roles at Ecovative included Senior Scientist and Research Scientist, focusing on mushroom cultivation and cell culture. Winiski has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Artist/Lecturer at Skidmore College and Middlebury College, as well as an Instructor at the University at Albany, teaching design and painting courses.
