Bob has held various leadership positions in companies specializing in energy-efficient water heating solutions, including tankless water heaters and heat pump water heaters. With a background in East Asian Studies from Harvard University, Bob Hitchner has a strong foundation for market development and strategic business growth.

Our passion for water and technology drives everything we do. Ecovie designs and delivers high performance scalable systems and products for on-site water management. Our focus is on grey water recycling NSF 350 (C) and rainwater collection. We also tackle black water recycling, ground water and storm water management. We offer the only grey water recycling system with NSF 350 commercial certification. NSF 350 and water management is recognized by plumbing code authorities, both the International and Universal Plumbing Codes, as well as green rating system, LEED for Homes, Design, and Construction. At Ecovie, we work collaboratively with architects and engineers, one building at a time, developing and providing innovative on-site water management solutions. We believe that decentralized water management is the solution for many water problems impacting quality of life.
