Paul Hoelzer

Paul Hoelzer's work experience includes being the Global Director of Health, Safety, and Process Safety Management at Ecovyst, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director Of Manufacturing at Eco-Services Operations, LLC, a division of PQ, from 2019 to 2022. Paul also worked at AkzoNobel, where they held various roles ranging from Operations Director to Engineering Manager from 1996 to 2019. Paul began their career at DuPont as a Maintenance Technician and later became a Maintenance Planner from 1990 to 1996.

Paul Hoelzer received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Lamar University, where they studied from 1985 to 1993. Paul then pursued their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Project Management from The George Washington University, completing their studies from 1996 to 2001.
