John then transitioned into roles as a Process Consultant and Senior Financial Analyst from 2005 to 2008. From 2010 to 2013, Lawson worked at General Mills again, holding positions as a Controller/Financial Operations Manager and Global Finance Manager - Supply Chain Accounting. In 2013, they joined EcoWater Systems LLC as the Vice President of Finance.
