Deborah Tan-Pink currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Marketing & Communications at Sygnum Bank since July 2023 and serves as an Advisor at Ecoworks from January 2024. Previously, Deborah was the Head of Marketing and Communications for APAC at Bitstamp and held dual roles as Communications & PR Director for the region until May 2023. At Revolut, Deborah was instrumental in establishing the company's profile in Singapore as Head of Communications from October 2020 to May 2022. Deborah's leadership skills were further demonstrated as the CEO of SmartUp.io, where expansion into international markets and revenue growth through content services were achieved. As a co-founder and Content Director of Material World LLP, Deborah guided the agency’s strategic direction. An early career included significant editorial roles, culminating in the position of Editor-In-Chief of Cosmopolitan at SPH Magazines Pte Ltd. Deborah holds a B.A. in English Language and Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
