Swati Mali

Swati Mali has been working in the Human Resources field since 2009. Swati began as an HR Management Trainee at Vishay Components India Pvt. Ltd. Loni-Kalbhor, Pune. In 2010, they became an Assistant Professor at SSBT's college of Engg & Tech., Jalgaon, where they were a member of the Cultural Committee and the Publicity Committee, and organized and executed Industrial visits and College Events. In 2011, they were promoted to Officer Human Resources at Vishay Components Ind. pvt. Ltd. In 2018, they moved to ReEn Tech Energy LLP as a Sr. Executive - Business Support, HR. In 2021, they began working as an HR Manager at Swatsan Tech and concurrently as a Human Resources Specialist at Ecozen.

Swati Mali completed their MBA in Human Resources Management from Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha's Cummins College Of Engineering For Women in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their B. Tech. in Agricultural Engineering from Maharashtra Jobs and careers in 2008.
