Damien Lecadre

Damien Lecadre possesses extensive experience in Contract Management, currently serving as a member of the Process & Tools Commission at AFCM since January 2020 and as the Head of Contract Management Division at ECP - Project Management Intelligence since August 2019. Prior to these roles, Damien was a Senior Consultant in Contract Management at D2L Conseil from 2014 to August 2019, providing assistance, advice, training, and audits in construction project management. With a significant tenure at Degremont from 1999 to 2013, Damien held various leadership positions, including Director of Construction France and Director of Exceptional Project Execution, among others. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Groupe Vinci - DUMEZ International from 1990 to 1998, focusing on public and private construction projects. Damien holds an engineering degree in Building from ESTP and a License in Applied Economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
