Matthew Kosolofski

Matthew Kosolofski has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Matthew started their career at Siconix Inc. in 2002 as an Electronic Technologist, where they worked on digital systems and wrote embedded software. Matthew then joined Metso Automation as a Service Technologist, repairing and restoring proprietary hardware systems.

In 2003, Matthew joined Firemaster Oilfield Services Inc. as a Software/Hardware Developer, where they developed critical monitoring systems in the oil and gas industry. Matthew also worked on hardware and software integration and developed various Intranet/Internet solutions.

From 2007 to 2008, Matthew worked as an Applications Developer for various companies as a contractor. Matthew was responsible for developing custom software solutions and handling project proposals, deployment, and training.

In 2008, Matthew joined iStockphoto as an Application Developer, where they worked as part of a large agile development team. Matthew was involved in architecting and implementing software solutions and maintaining existing code for better performance.

From 2012 to 2016, Matthew worked at Selling Source LLC as a Lead Computer PHP Engineer. Matthew led the development of cash loan application websites and was promoted to a lead role in 2016.

From 2016 to 2021, Matthew worked at Engaged Nation in various roles. Matthew started as a Senior Software Engineer, leading development teams and implementing new features. Matthew then became the Chief Software Architect, responsible for directing software and hardware architecture for a rewards-based gaming platform.

In 2021, Matthew joined Akerna Corp. as a Senior Software Engineer, working on a SAAS cloud-based seed-to-sale platform. Matthew eventually became the Engineering Team Lead, providing team mentorship and technical direction.

Most recently, Matthew joined ECP as an AWS Cloud Architect in 2022.

Matthew Kosolofski attended DeVry Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology with a focus on Electronics. In addition to their degree, Matthew Kosolofski has obtained several certifications, including CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer from The Linux Foundation in September 2022, AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services Training and Certification in June 2022, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, also from Amazon Web Services Training and Certification, in June 2022.
