Gloria Hicks

Gloria Hicks has extensive experience in higher education and the arts, serving as the Director of Student Affairs and Instructor in the Arts & Science Department at ECPI University since June 1998. Key responsibilities include overseeing student services, chairing Academic Review Boards, and advising multiple honor societies. Prior roles at ECPI University included Student Advisor, Department Head of Arts & Science, Associate Director of Education, and Department Head of Computer Information Science. In addition to extensive work in education, Gloria Hicks owns Ms. Gloria's Piano, providing piano instruction from beginner to advanced levels. Previous experience also includes serving as Computer Department Head at Abrams Hebrew Academy and founding Computers Made Easy, focusing on networking and training for small businesses. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Organizational Communication from NC State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Campbell University.
