Natalie Ocean

Natalie Ocean, MBA, currently serves as the Business Development Manager at ECPI University since March 2021. Previously, Natalie held various roles at Indiana Wesleyan University from December 2016 to August 2021, including Adjunct Professor, Admissions Representative, and Corporate Representative. Natalie's career also includes significant experience at the University of Phoenix from April 2007 to November 2016, where positions included Market Manager and Team Lead & Enrollment Counselor. Additional experience includes participation in the African American Leadership Development Program at the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio and a managerial role at Partnership for New York City. Academically, Natalie holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership from Liberty University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management, and a Master's in Business Administration, all from the University of Phoenix, along with educational credentials from Borough of Manhattan Community College and Norman Thomas Commercial High School.
