Robert James has over two decades of experience in the technology and education sectors, currently serving as the Technical Service Manager at Wake Forest University Health Sciences since 2010. In addition to this role, Robert has been an Adjunct Professor at ECPI College of Technology since 2008 and previously at GTCC from 2005 to 2013. Prior to these positions, Robert worked as the Lead Network Systems Analyst at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center from 2000 to 2010 and gained early experience in quality assurance at United Parcel Service from 1990 to 2000. Robert holds a Master's degree in Information Science from North Carolina Central University and a Bachelor's degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
