Tyler Theal, MSHRM, CPRW, CHEP, currently serves as the Director of Career Services at ECPI University, leading talent development initiatives and managing a team focused on enhancing employee growth and organizational performance. Previous roles include Property Manager at Equinox Investments, LLC, and HR Coordinator at Five Star Home Health Care, where Tyler was responsible for budget management and compliance audits, respectively. Experience also encompasses safety compliance and human resources functions at Skyworks LLC, as well as managing HR operations at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Tyler holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from ECPI University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from George Mason University.
