Mike Verlander

Mike Verlander is an accomplished executive in the motorsports industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Richard Childress Racing since 2024. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of President and Chief Revenue Officer at Kyle Busch Motorsports from 2021 to 2024. Mike's extensive experience at Stewart-Haas Racing, LLC. from 2008 to 2021 included titles such as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and Director of Business Development. Mike began their career at MCG Sports as Manager of Business Development and at Evernham Motorsports as Account Manager for Marketing. Academically, Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication from Samford University and a Master of Science in Sport Studies from High Point University, along with previous education at the Georgia Institute of Technology and The Bolles School.
