Giuseppe Manfré is a clinical research professional currently serving as the CLIN-Net Project Manager at Ecraid, the first pan-European clinical research network for infectious diseases, since November 2022. Previously, Giuseppe held several roles at UMC Utrecht from June 2018 to October 2022, including Project Manager and Jr. Project Manager for the Combatting Antibiotic Resistance in Europe (COMBACTE) initiative, where responsibilities included establishing and managing a clinical trial network across Europe. Giuseppe's academic background includes a PhD in Neuroscience from Radboud University, complemented by research roles in neurobiology and collaborations with institutions such as Noldus Information Technology and the University of Tübingen. Giuseppe also gained experience in science communication and forensic biology during earlier internships.
