Amanda R. currently serves as the Associate Director of DEI & Internal Communications at ECRI, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Amanda worked as a DEIA Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Commerce from January 2023 to August 2023. Other notable roles include Senior People Operations Manager and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager at Hungry Harvest, as well as Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Manager at the Colorado Department of Human Services. Amanda has a diverse background in engagement and program management with experience at organizations such as the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and International Justice Mission. Prior experiences include operational roles at YourCause, JCPenney, Zale, and Neiman Marcus. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Merchandising & Management and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Texas.
