Hillary Hei

Hillary Hei serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health at the Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health, focusing on the course "Microbes in Public Health Practice I: Overview of Bacterial Pathogens." In addition, Hillary operates as a Senior Infection Preventionist at ECRI, where responsibilities include consulting with public health officials and community organizations, leading projects, and developing educational materials. Previous roles include Infection Preventionist at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where daily infection control surveillance was conducted, and Laboratory Assistant at Lankenau Hospital, processing microbiological cultures. Hillary has also contributed to research initiatives, such as analyzing Hepatitis B prevalence in Asian American communities as a Graduate Research Assistant at Drexel University, and conducted biomarker studies for Multiple Sclerosis at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Duke University.
