Jean-Baptiste Boubault

Jean-Baptiste Boubault is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as VP International Sales and Country Manager for Phenix, Boubault focuses on reducing food waste for supermarkets and food manufacturers in Spain, Portugal, and La Reunion Island. As the CEO and co-founder of El CoCo, Boubault drives a mission of radical transparency in the food industry, achieving over 600,000 downloads in Spain within two years. Additionally, Boubault has held leadership roles at Ecrowd! as an active member and backer, and at PayFit España as Country Manager, where Boubault established the Spanish branch. Boubault also founded and managed Splio’s operations in Spain and Italy, achieving significant revenue growth. Early career experiences include Category Manager roles at Optize, S.A. and Rebelio Electronic Group, alongside business development at Innovative Training Academy. Boubault holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on entrepreneurship from emlyon business school and an MBA from Stellenbosch University.
