Katrien Guillaume has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as Customer Service Manager for Belux and France at ECS since January 2011, where responsibilities include supervising customer service teams and acting as a key user for the customer service team in Belgium. Prior roles include serving as a material analyst at CEVA Logistics, organizing LCL pickups in Europe. Katrien holds a Master's degree in Studies of Iberian and Ibero-American from KU Leuven and a Master's degree in Translation (English-Spanish) from Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen.
