Will Fox

Will Fox has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Will currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ECS Learning Systems since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Business Development from December 2020 to February 2022 and as a Project Manager from August 2020 to November 2020 at the same company.

Before joining ECS Learning Systems, Will worked at Discovery Education where they were responsible for strategic nationwide account management and new business development as a Professional Development & Learning Account Manager. Will collaborated with K-12 education partners and corporate partnerships to provide dynamic professional learning experiences. Will worked in this role from 2017 to 2019.

From 2013 to 2019, they were involved with Envision Experience where they held several positions. Will served as an Education & Program Coordinator/Lead, coordinating large-scale experiential education conferences for teens across the country. Will also served as an Education Consultant, designing instructional elements and delivering professional development and curriculum training to adult educators. Additionally, they worked as a Faculty Advisor and Facilitator of Experiential Education in Washington D.C. and New York City.

At Pearson Education North America, Will worked as an Assessment and Instruction Supervisor, directing a staff responsible for evaluating student assessments. Will evaluated and recommended improvements to nationwide standardized student testing responses during their time at the company.

Prior to that, they worked at Leander ISD as a Teacher in the High School Leadership and Communications Programs. Will was certified in professional communications, leadership, debate, and public speaking and successfully managed multiple campus organizations and special events.

At Landmark Theatres, Will held the role of Vice President of Operations & Sales. Will managed and created corporate and strategic field operations, training programs, communications, HR, finance, and B2B sales. Will led nationwide teams, coordinated company-wide events and construction projects, and oversaw post-acquisition operations during their time at the company from 1992 to 2005.

Will Fox has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Syracuse University, which they obtained between 1987 and 1991. In 2006, they obtained a Texas Educator Certification from Education Service Center Region 13. Will Fox also holds additional certifications, including a Life Coach Certification from the Institute for Life Coach Training in 2014, a Peer Program Educator Certification (CPPE) from the National Association of Peer Program Professionals in 2012, a "\"No Place for Hate\"" Educator Certification from the Anti-Defamation League in 2010, a Leadership Facilitator Certification from The Flippen Group in 2007, a Natural Helpers Facilitator Certification from the Natural Helpers Peer Assistance Program in 2007, and another Texas Educator Certification from the Texas Education Agency in 2006. In 2020, Will Fox started pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
