Alfredo Jose Velasco

Alfredo Jose Velasco is an experienced geotechnical and construction materials testing project manager currently employed at ECS Limited since September 2020, having progressed from Geotechnical Assistant Project Manager to Geotechnical Engineering Technician and Materials Field Technician. Prior experience includes a civil engineer internship at Combustia & Energia, focused on civil works for an oil refinery project, and serving as a soccer referee for Major League Soccer, officiating professional games and coordinating with the Houston Dynamo Academy. Additionally, Alfredo worked as an Audio Visual Technician at the University of Houston, supporting various high-profile events, including a USA presidential debate. Alfredo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology from Houston Community College.
