Dylan Miller is an experienced project manager and engineer with a background in civil engineering. Currently serving as a CMT Staff Project Manager I at ECS Group of Companies since September 2025, Dylan previously held the position of Engineer at Chesapeake Contracting Group from May 2023 to September 2025. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Project Manager at Benchmark Construction Company and a Groundskeeper at Schuylkill Country Club. Dylan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University in May 2023, following attendance at Tamaqua Area Senior High School from 2015 to 2019.
