Ishtiaque Hossain Ph.D.

Ishtiaque Hossain PhD, PE is an experienced civil engineer and academic with a diverse background in geotechnical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Assistant Office Manager at ECS Group of Companies in Fort Worth, Texas, Ishtiaque oversees office operations and collaborates with Geotechnical/CMT teams on proposals and projects. In addition, Ishtiaque holds roles as Geotechnical Department Manager and Geotechnical Project Manager with TSPE Fort Worth, while also recently serving as VP of Public Relations. Previous experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas at Arlington, alongside roles at D&S Engineering Labs, where project management and geotechnical analysis were key responsibilities. Ishtiaque completed a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington, following a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
