Joe Cobena

Joe Cobena, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Office Manager and Associate Principal Engineer, as well as Geotechnical Department Manager at ECS Limited since June 2021. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions including Branch Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Manager at Southern Earth Sciences, Inc. from May 2012 to June 2021. Joe also worked as Campus Manager at Lifestylez Productions from August 2009 to February 2013, where responsibilities included planning and organizing ski trips for over 1800 students, as well as managing a team of group representatives. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University between 2008 and 2013.
