Leo Titus

Leo Titus is currently the COO at ECS Limited. Leo has held this position since August 1997. Prior to that, they were the Manager of geotechnical and Testing services for Professional Service Industries (PSI) from June 1991 to August 1997.

Leo Titus has a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, an MS in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from the University of Mary Washington. Leo is a Professional Engineer with certification from VA, MD, DC, WV, PA, NY, MA, RI, NC, and CT.

They work with Tracy Allen - Director of Client Relations, Salvatore Fiorentino - President, ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC, and Chris Lopez - President, ECS Midwest, LLC. Leo Titus reports to Tony Fiorillo, President & CEO.
