Peter O'Hara

Peter O'Hara, CMA, PE, currently serves as Executive Vice President at ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC since June 1998, overseeing subsidiary staff operations. Previously, Peter O'Hara held the role of Senior Vice President, managing five branch offices in Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia while also acting as Principal Engineer for Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing Services projects. Peter O'Hara’s military experience includes serving as an Intelligence Officer/Training Officer and Assistant Alpha Company Commander for Naval Construction Battalion 23 from September 1998 to September 2001, where responsibilities included planning and executing construction and combat training for a 750-person battalion. Peter O'Hara began a career in the US Navy as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer from May 1990 to May 1998, with duty stations across various locations, including Guam and Pearl Harbor. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Accounting from the University of Mary Washington, an MSCE in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
