Vince Elizarde

Vince Elizarde, PE, currently serves as Vice President, Subsidiary Director of National & Regional Accounts, and Managing Principal at ECS Group of Companies, with responsibilities in ownership, risk management, contract management, program leadership, and account management since August 2017. Previous roles include Vice President and Branch Manager at ECS, Department Manager at Kleinfelder and Fugro, and Vice President at GME Consultants, showcasing expertise in geotechnical engineering, construction materials inspection, and operations management. Vince also demonstrated leadership in youth development as Den Leader for Cub Scout Pack 392 and has a background in collegiate water polo coaching and officiating. Vince holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and is pursuing an MBA from Purdue University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
