Steve Porter has over 35 years of work experience in roles related to fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, and customer service management. Steve currently holds the position of Director of Fulfillment and Logistics at ECS Tuning since June 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Logistics at the same company. From 2008, Steve worked at Pepperl+Fuchs as the Manager of Logistics & Supply Chain. Steve also served as the Customer Service - Inside Sales Manager at VT SVC Kidron Division from 2005 to 2008. Before that, they spent a significant part of their career at The Hoover Company, starting in 1984 and holding various positions including Supply Chain Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Compliance Manager until 2004.

Steve Porter's education history begins in 1978 when they attended Stark State College and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Banking and Financial Support Services in 1980. Steve then pursued further education at Malone University from 1980 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration-Management. In 1984, Steve returned to Stark State College and completed another Associate of Science (A.S.) degree, this time in Computer Science, in 1985.
