Michael Bianchi

Michael Bianchi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in distribution, fulfillment, and logistics within the cosmetics and retail industries. Currently serving as the Director of Distribution, Fulfillment, and Logistics at Kosas since July 2023, Michael previously held the position of Sr Inventory and Distribution Manager at Tarte Cosmetics, where significant cost reductions were achieved through the restructuring of 3PL contracts. Prior roles include Inventory Control Manager at Shiseido Americas Corporation, managing a team of inventory specialists and reconciling complex inventory transactions, and Senior Specialist at Bare Escentuals, where Michael tracked over $75 million in inventory across multiple systems. Michael also possesses experience in customer service, operations, and managing stockroom staff, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Development with a Business Concentration from the University of California, Davis.
