Mauricio Marquez

Mauricio Marquez currently serves as Chief of Schools and previously held the position of Executive Director of Leadership at Ector County ISD since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mauricio Marquez was the Principal of Odessa High School from June 2017 to July 2022, and served as Principal at both Crockett Jr. High and Blackshear Magnet Elementary from July 2007 to June 2017. Mauricio Marquez holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Political Science from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
