Robert Brescia

Robert Brescia is a seasoned educator and leader with extensive experience in academics and public service. Currently serving as a Board Member on the Texas State Board for Educator Certification at the Texas Education Agency and as an Advisory Board Member for Constituting America, Robert focuses on promoting civic education. Roles include Adjunct Instructor in Social Sciences at Wilmington University, Social Studies Department Chair and AP Certified Teacher at Ector County ISD, and prior leadership positions at the John Ben Shepperd Public Leadership Institute and Community Care College. With an Ed.D. in Executive Leadership Studies from The George Washington University, Robert has also contributed as an adjunct professor and Head of School at notable institutions. Robert's educational background spans multiple degrees in international relations, European law, and computer information systems, reflecting a commitment to learning and community service.
