Andrea Croley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrea began their career as an Instructor at Carteret Community College and Pitt Community College in 2000. Andrea then worked as a Research Assistant at East Carolina University from 2001 to 2003.
In 2000, Andrea also served as the Program Manager at Havelock Parks & Recreation.
In 2003, they joined ViQuest as the Coordinator of the Fitness Center and later became the Coordinator of Children's Wellness Programs.
From 2008 to 2012, Andrea worked as the Manager of Cardiac Monitoring Program at ECU Health Medical Center, after which they transitioned into the role of Business Manager until 2014. Andrea'scareer at ECU Health continued as a Quality Analyst II from 2014 to 2015, and then as the Medical Center Quality Manager, overseeing Performance Improvement and Data Management, from 2015 to 2018.
Currently, they hold the position of ECU Health Quality Director, leading Performance Improvement & Quality Analytics since May 2018.
Andrea Croley holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware. Andrea has also obtained additional certifications, including the Healthcare Data Science Advanced Program from Vizient, Inc in 2022, the Vizient Analyst certification from Vizient, Inc in 2017, and the Microsoft Excel 2013 Certification from Microsoft in 2015.
