Jennifer is currently the Director of HR Service Delivery at ECU Health and previously held the position of Manager of HR Service Delivery at Vidant Health. While at Vidant Health, they also worked as a Senior Benefits Analyst. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Human Resources Manager at Eastern Nephrology Associates and Coeur, Incorporated, where they were responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, training, and compliance.
Jennifer Brown, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from East Carolina University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to this, they earned a BSBA in Business Management from the East Carolina University - College of Business from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications such as SHRM-SCP from SHRM obtained in 2015 and SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in 2013.
