Jennifer Worsley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jennifer began their career as a Tax intern at Arthur Andersen in 2001. Jennifer then worked at TAFT TAFT & HAIGLER PA in the Accounting Dept from 1997 to 2002. Jennifer joined McGladrey LLP in 2002, where they held positions as an Audit Associate, Senior Associate, Supervisor, and Manager until 2013. At RSM US LLP, Jennifer worked as a Senior Manager/Director specializing in assurance services from 2002 to 2017. During their time at Junior Guild of Rocky Mount, they served as a Treasurer from 2010 to 2014 and as a Corresponding Secretary from 2014 to 2015. Jennifer's most recent role was at ECU Health, where they worked as both a Controller and the VP of Finance and System Controller since 2017.
Jennifer Worsley received their MSA/BSA in Accounting from East Carolina University from 1997 to 2002. Jennifer also completed the McGladrey Leadership Development Program from 2008 to 2010 and participated in the Leadership Rocky Mount program in 2008-2009. Recently, they completed the Leadership CORE program at Vidant Health in 2019-2020 and the Enriching Leadership Program in ECU Health in 2022. In addition, Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant obtained from the North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners in 2003.
