Kelli Pack Smith, MPH, FACHE, CPMSM is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in medical affairs and administration. Currently serving as Vice President of the ECU Health Medical Affairs Office since August 2019, Kelli has previously held various leadership roles at Vidant Medical Center over a span of two decades, including Administrator of the Medical Affairs Office and Manager of Medical Staff Support. Kelli's background also includes managing Patient Access Services and contributing to health data analysis at Wyle Integrated Science and Engineering Group as a lead scientist for the Longitudinal Study on Astronaut Health. Academically, Kelli holds an MPH in Epidemiology/International Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is pursuing a DHSc in Health Administration from Nova Southeastern University, complemented by a BS in Biology/Mathematics from Clark Atlanta University.
