Patrick Heins Dnp

Patrick Heins DNP, MBA, RN is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since March 1996, Patrick has served as President of ECU Health, bringing a wealth of knowledge in health care administration and management. Prior to this role, Patrick was a retiree from the US Army, having served from May 1990 to November 2014. Patrick holds a Doctorate in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore - School of Graduate Studies, earned between 2015 and 2018. Additionally, Patrick obtained a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Healthcare Management from East Carolina University, where a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing was also completed. Further education includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Maryland.
