Richard Beck

Richard Beck has over two decades of experience in digital management and systems engineering, currently serving as Digital Manager at ECU Health since September 2008. Previously, Richard held the same position at Vidant Health, where responsibilities included evaluating technologies, implementing systems for online content production, and developing features for vidanthealth.com. Richard's background includes significant experience in systems engineering, having built a Cisco video conferencing platform to support TeleHealth initiatives and created custom web-based applications adhering to security standards. Prior roles include Programmer/Webmaster at Ron Ayers Motorsports, where online shopping solutions were developed, and Internet Architect at Freedom Communications Inc., focused on online content management systems. Richard holds an AS in Computer Programming from Pitt Community College.
