Rob Findling is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at ECU Health since January 2021. Rob also holds the position of Director of Implementation in the Transformation Execution Office at East Carolina University, where Rob teaches Engineering Economics. Previous roles include Project Manager and Process Improvement Specialist at Vidant Health, and various quality management positions at ABB, including Global Product Line Quality Manager and Senior Quality Engineer, responsible for leading global quality teams. Rob's expertise in continuous improvement and Six Sigma methodologies was further developed during tenure at Bombardier Transportation and Dietrich Metal Framing. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on Six Sigma from Liberty University and multiple degrees in Industrial Technology, Business Administration, and Accounting. Military service includes time with the Army National Guard as an E-5.
