Shayla Biggs

Shayla Biggs, MBA, has accumulated extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Manager of Patient Access Services at ECU Health since July 2001. Shayla also held the position of Supervisor for Referrals at ECU Health, contributing to the efficient management of patient access and referrals. From January 2010 to February 2020, Shayla directed youth ministry at Paradise Christian Center, demonstrating strong project management and leadership skills while coordinating with the Youth Advisory Board. Additionally, Shayla worked as a Lead Referral Specialist at Vidant Health from January 2015 to September 2018, facilitating patient access to specialized care. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Care Administration from Liberty University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from East Carolina University.
