Steve Mills, MBA has a strong background in healthcare analytics and data management. Steve has worked for ECU Health since 1992, holding various roles such as Director of Performance Analytics and Cardiovascular Quality. In these positions, they implemented performance analytics systems, led data abstraction efforts, and designed agile project management strategies. Prior to their work at ECU Health, Steve served as a Project Manager and Lead Database Administrator, where they managed budget and resource allocation and developed hospital data warehouses. Additionally, Steve worked as an MIS/HIMS Instructor at East Carolina University from 2006 to 2012 and was an investor at Dolce Vita Wine and Beer from 2008 to 2012. Overall, Steve Mills brings extensive experience in data-driven decision making and strategic planning to their work.
Steve Mills, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from East Carolina University in 1989. Steve subsequently pursued their MBA from the College of Business at East Carolina University, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, graduating in 1991.
