Vickie Williford

Vickie Williford, MS, serves as a Human Resources Strategic Consultant at ECU Health, a position held since January 2017, with responsibilities encompassing the development and implementation of HR strategies to address human capital needs within organizational units. Vickie has advanced through various roles, including Interim Human Resources Strategic Consultant and Manager of Human Resources Business Partners. Prior to ECU Health, Vickie was the Human Resources Manager at Eastern Nephrology Associates, PLLC, overseeing HR functions for a large medical practice. Earlier experience includes a Branch Manager role at Mega Force Staffing, responsible for HR operations across multiple locations. Vickie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in University Studies with a minor in Psychology from East Carolina University.
