Miguelangel Faria, MBA, PMP, serves as the Operational Excellence Regional Manager at ECU Worldwide USA since November 2011, where responsibilities include managing projects focused on process improvement, technology applications, and outsourcing across the Americas. Previous roles at ECU Worldwide included Learning and Development Manager and Learning and Development Coordinator, during which Miguelangel led various continuous improvement initiatives, developed e-learning modules, and received multiple awards, including "Employee of the Year" in 2014. Miguelangel's earlier experience includes tenures as FCL Exports Coordinator, Investment Services Intern at Mercantil Commercebank, and Controls Engineer at Siemens, where impactful projects were managed across several industries. Miguelangel holds an MBA in International Business from Florida International University and a degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
