Jen Rasmussen

Jen Rasmussen is the Director of Therapeutic Recreation at Ecumen Lakeview Commons, where they have expertly programmed activities for approximately 100 residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings since 2002. With a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Park & Leisure Services from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Jen possesses a strong background in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors, demonstrating skills in team building, caregiving, and budget management. From 1997 to 1999, they served as the Director of Adult Day at Courage St. Croix and previously worked as a Recreation Coordinator at Bethesda Hospital from 1995 to 1997. Jen is also a founding member of the Ecumen Life Enrichment Advisory Board, actively supporting collaboration among Life Enrichment professionals across multiple sites.
