Jennifer Beeson

Jennifer Beeson has a diverse work experience in various companies. Jennifer started their career in 2000 as an Account Specialist at Lakeshirts and then moved on to Midwest Bank as a Loan Processor in 2001. In 2003, they joined Ecumen as a Human Resources Director and worked there for almost 11 years. In 2014, they joined PRO Resources as a Human Resources Manager and held the position until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at PROCare HR. Currently, Jennifer Beeson is working as a People Services Director at Ecumen.

Jennifer Beeson received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2000. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from North Dakota State College of Science in 1999. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained the Adult Mental Health First Aid-USA certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in April 2023.
