Sue Hillstad

Sue Hillstad has extensive work experience in various roles within the senior living industry. Sue is currently the Director of Relational Sales & Analytics at Ecumen, starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Sales & Marketing Manager at Ecumen from August 2019 to October 2020. Before joining Ecumen, Sue worked at Presbyterian Homes & Services for over a decade. Sue'sroles at Presbyterian include Director of Sales and Market Intelligence from September 2017 to August 2019, Director of Sales & Marketing from June 2015 to August 2017, Marketing Support Specialist from January 2015 to June 2015, Housing Administrator from October 2010 to January 2015, and Resident Services Director from January 2006 to September 2010. Prior to Presbyterian, they worked at CommonBond Communities as a Site Manager from January 2002 to December 2005, at Lang-Nelson as a Site Manager from July 2000 to December 2001, and at Jones-Harrison Residence as a Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator from July 1992 to June 2000.

Sue Hillstad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation from St. Cloud State University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Assisted Living Director from the Board of Executives for Long-Term Services and Supports in October 2021.
