Suzanne Stickles

Suzanne Stickles has extensive experience in various payroll and people systems roles. Suzanne began their career as a Systems Payroll Services Manager at Benedictine Health Systems in 2005 and worked there until December 2010. From January 2011 to March 2013, they served as a Payroll Services Consultant at Health Dimensions Group. Stickles then became a Payroll Manager at Fairview Health Services from April 2013 to December 2014. From December 2014 to May 2015, they worked as a Payroll Manager at Jack Link's Beef Jerky. In June 2015, Stickles joined ADP as an HCM Business Consultant, providing solutions and services to companies to improve compliance and reduce costs. Suzanne then became a Salaried Professional at Robert Half Management Resources from October 2015 to July 2016. Stickles continued their career at U.S. Bank, serving as a Manager of Payroll Processing & Leave Administration from July 2016 to July 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Payroll and People Systems at Ecumen, starting in July 2018.

Suzanne Stickles earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Metro State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an AAS in Administrative Management from North Hennepin Community College, where they attended from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their degrees, Suzanne Stickles holds a certification as a Certified Payroll Professional, which they obtained in December 2005 from the American Payroll Association.
