Tami Haley has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as an Analytical Technician at Hutchinson Technology Inc. Tami then worked as a Registered Nurse at Copperleaf Senior Living from 2011 to 2012. Since 2012, they have been with Ecumen, taking on various roles including Clinical Director, Regional Nurse Consultant, Sr Regional Nurse Consultant, Director-Clinical Excellence, and currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Excellence & Care Transformation.

Tami Haley MSN, RN, PHN holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology from Southwest Minnesota State University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Tami then pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Nursing from Minnesota West Community and Technical College from 2008 to 2011. In 2015, they graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing. Their education journey continued with the completion of a Master of Science Nursing-Leadership and Management degree from Western Governors University from 2018 to 2019.
