Hussein Tahan

Hussein Tahan is currently the VP of Nursing Professional Development & Workforce Management at MedStar Health. Hussein has previously worked as the Corporate Director of Nursing Education and Research at New York Presbyterian Hospital from May 2011 to November 2014. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of International Health Services at New York Presbyterian Hospital from November 2005 to June 2010. Tahan has also served as the Director of Nursing for Cardiovascular Services and Care Coordination at New York Presbyterian Hospital from October 2000 to November 2005.

Hussein Tahan has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing Science from Columbia University School of Nursing, a MS in Nursing Administration from College of Mount Saint Vincent, and a BSN in Nursing from American University of Beirut.
