Tore Martin Skarpholt

Tore Martin Skarpholt has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tore Martin started their career as a Sales Director at Nett23, where they managed an IT outsourcing center and the sales staff. After the company was acquired by Hands ASA, they moved on to become the Country Manager at Hyperion Solutions, before joining Oracle as an EPM Manager.

Tore Martin then became the Managing Director at Consolidate AS and later took on the role of Global Sales Director at Fronter AS. Skarpholt then joined Gothia Financial Group as the Chief Commercial Officer, where they oversaw invoice administration, financing, and debt collection services.

In 2011, Skarpholt founded Dignio AS, a Norwegian startup focused on innovation in home health care. As a Founder and Board Member, they aimed to improve the quality of life for seniors by providing a new and proven model of health care that ensured patient safety and coordinated healthcare.

Skarpholt later served as the Managing Partner at Asure AS, a Norwegian consulting firm specializing in helping companies enhance their competitive edge by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service. Tore Martin was responsible for marketing, sales, service, and also worked as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner.

Most recently, Skarpholt worked as the Director of Innovation and Technology at Ecura AS, a Norwegian company offering home-based care, rehabilitation, addiction treatment, and comprehensive housing and care services. Tore Martin focused on creating sustainable development in the care field.

In addition to their professional roles, Skarpholt has also served as a board member and chairman at Styreutvikling Østfold.

Tore Martin Skarpholt began their educational journey in 1983 at Marinen/Kystartelleriets befalskole in Oscarsborg. However, the field of study for this period is unspecified. From 1985 to 1988, they attended the University of Augsburg, where they focused on Betriebswirtschaftslehre or Business Administration. Afterwards, from 1988 to 1990, Skarpholt studied at Datahøgskolen, specializing in IKT or Information and Communication Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Skarpholt has also obtained several certifications. In July 2015, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCPS) through Microsoft. During the same month and year, they also obtained the certification of Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations (MS) from the same institution.
