Margarita Bushtruk has a diverse work experience in the service and hospitality industry. Margarita began their career in 2014 as a Guest Relations Officer at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, where they provided a luxury arrival and departure experience for guests. Margarita also handled VIP customers, corporate clients, and wedding guests, as well as resolved guest complaints. Later that year, they worked as an Event Executive at Encore!, organizing and managing events and coordinating between organizers and venue suppliers. In 2015, Margarita joined Pan Pacific Hotels Group again, this time as a Guest Services Executive at the Pacific Club Lounge. Margarita maintained good relationships with guests, handled inquiries, ensured guest preferences were recognized, and set up meal presentations. In 2017, they worked as a Sales and Public Procurement Manager at AZIMUT Hotels, where they maintained good relationships with business partners, pursued and secured new partners, and developed strategic partnerships. Currently, Margarita is working as a Technical Support Team Lead at Ecwid since 2018.

Margarita Bushtruk completed their education in the field of travel, tourism, and hospitality management. Margarita began their academic journey in 2012 at the Management Development Institute of Singapore, where they obtained a diploma in Travel, tourism and hospitality management. In 2013, they pursued further studies at the University of Sunderland and earned a Foundation degree in Travel and tourism. Margarita then continued their education at the same university, specializing in International tourism and Hospitality management, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Margarita also obtained a certification in the Basic Course of Abacus Travel Systems from Abacus Travel in February 2012.
